 Casting is a kind of metal hot working technology which has been mastered by human beings for about 6000 years. China has entered the heyday of bronze casting from about 1700 BC to 1000 BC, and its technology has reached a quite high level.




Casting refers to the process of melting solid metal into liquid and pouring it into a specific shape of mold to be solidified. The cast metals are: copper, iron, aluminum, tin, lead and so on. The materials of common mold are raw sand, clay, water glass, resin and other auxiliary materials.



The mold of special casting includes investment casting, lost foam casting, metal casting, ceramic casting, etc. (the original sand includes quartz sand, magnesia, zircon sand, chromite sand, forsterite sand, kyanite sand, graphite sand, iron sand, etc.)
